Onsite at Watchtower: Aligning Strategy, Driving Foresight

Last week, the SRA Watchtower team came together in person for a dynamic onsite experience focused on collaboration, strategy, and innovation. From energizing whiteboard sessions to candid hallway conversations, the gathering brought a renewed sense of momentum to our mission: helping financial institutions make smarter, faster risk informed decisions.

The onsite took place at HQ in Richmond, VA. Throughout the event, team members from across functions—product, customer success, engineering, risk advisory, and leadership—shared updates and aligned on the next chapter of Watchtower’s evolution.

Among the highlights:

• Strategy alignment workshops that clarified how our platform will continue driving impact in a post-merger world, especially following our recent integration with Lumio Insight.
• Live demos of upcoming features focused on data automation, foresight modeling, and executive-level dashboards.
• Customer story sessions, where our client-facing teams shared insights from the field and reinforced the importance of staying close to our users.
• And yes, plenty of laughs, meals, and informal check-ins that reminded us of the power of human connection in a remote-first culture.
